- Oversee and manage the entire Accounts & Finance function of the manufacturing unit
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
- Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking operations effectively
- Develop and implement financial controls, cost management strategies, and internal audit systems
- ERP/SAP and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Effective leadership, team management, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
