- Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, and PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain and support computer peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, PDAs, smartphones, and other end-user devices.
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including cable crimping, IP addressing, subnetting, and internet connectivity issues.
- Provide end-user technical support and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and antivirus software such as Kaspersky, McAfee, and Quick Heal.
- Diagnose technical problems efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain IT assets and documentation.
- Support Editorial applications(Patrika, Newswrap, Quark)
