- Make collection calls to customers for overdue payments.
- Follow up on pending dues and ensure timely recovery.
- Handle customer queries and negotiate payment commitments.
- Maintain collection records and follow up on promised payments.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in collections or telecalling.
- Experience in Payday Loans or Bullet Loans is preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
