### Job Overview
Shree Nakoda is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage electrical maintenance and operations at its mining/plant site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant or site electrical maintenance, HT/LT panels, transformer maintenance, and breakdown management.
### Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine and preventive electrical maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain HT/LT electrical panels and distribution systems.
- Perform transformer inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults and equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Monitor electrical motors, pumps, cables,
switchgear, and other plant equipment.
- Understand basic PLC and SCADA systems for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Ensure electrical safety standards and compliance with site safety procedures.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, reports, and breakdown logs.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
### Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in industrial or plant electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of HT/LT panel operations and electrical distribution systems.
- Experience in transformer maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of PLC/SCADA systems.
- Robust breakdown management and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and preventive maintenance.
### Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in plant/site electrical maintenance.
- Candidates with experience in mining, minerals, cement, manufacturing, or heavy industrial plants will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
