We are looking for confident, energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our expanding sales team.

- Key Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful insurance sales.
- Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage and premium details.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups and sales reports in CRM.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and customer support.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate renewals and referrals.




- Follow company sales processes, quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Candidate RequirementsHSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced BPO, telesales or insurance sales candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English and Marathi are added advantages.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to achieve targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
