Shri AP Group is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in property sales and investment consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and generate new sales opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and customer records in the company's CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful bookings.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
