- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain our SAP, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, and other professional training courses.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course information.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and support the admissions process.
