About the Role:

Greenchillyz Cafe & Restaurant Berhampur outlet ke liye hamein experienced, energetic, aur skilled kitchen professionals ki zaroorat hai jo authentic Biryani, Bagara Rice, Tandoor, aur Chinese items banane me mahir hon.

Open Positions & Salary Structure:

* Head Chef / Master Chef

* Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

* Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in restaurant kitchen management, recipe standardization, and taste consistency.

* Biryani & Bagara Master

* Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

* Experience: Expert in preparing authentic Dum Biryanis, Chitti Mutiyalu Pulav, and various Bagara Rice varieties.

* Tandoor Master

* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month

* Experience: Experienced in making Tandoori Kebabs, Tikka, Fish Tandoor, Roti, and Naan.

* Chinese / Wok Master

* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

* Experience: Proficient in preparing Soups, Noodles, Fried Rice,



and fast-moving starters.

* Kitchen Helpers / Commis (2-3 Openings)

* Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month

* Experience: Basic vegetable cutting, chopping, deep frying, kitchen cleaning, and assisting chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

* High-quality food preparation maintaining hygiene and standard recipes.

* Timely order execution during peak operational hours.

* Managing kitchen inventory and daily raw material check.
