Some real experiences are needed for making Pizza, Pasta, Sandwich, burger shakes, . This is a franchise cafe, so premix will be there. You need to work with the other chefs in the cafe and initially he will help you to understand how to prepare each dish. Beside preparing dishes, you need to attain the customer (dine-in and online) , help in billing, and keeping basic higyne of the cafe inclduing some basic cleaning when needed. We have a cleaner who will clean the utensils and do the mopping. But all the chefs should be responsible to lookafter the cafe.
