**Sales Executive – Field Sales (Travel Trade)**

**Hotel Elinor, Agra (4-star) | by Dazzling Hotels & Resorts**

**Locations:** Kochi, Thrissur and Bengaluru (one opening per city)

**Work type:** Full-time, work from home, with daily field visits

**Salary:** ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month fixed, plus incentives on business you bring in

**Experience:** At least 2 years in sales, at a travel company or in a hotel sales team

**About us**

Hotel Elinor is a 4-star hotel about 2 km from the Taj Mahal East Gate in Agra, opposite Shilpgram. It has gem-themed rooms, the Evara multi-cuisine restaurant and banquet halls, and it hosts leisure travellers, school and college groups, families and corporate guests all year. We're building a field sales team in key cities to grow our business with travel agents and tour operators.

**What you'll do**

- Meet travel agents, tour operators, education tour organisers and corporate travel desks in your city every day, using a list of companies and locations we give you.

- Pitch Hotel Elinor and get it onto their Agra packages, Golden Triangle tours and group quotes.

- Plan your own daily route and aim for a set number of quality meetings each day.

- Share our rate sheets, brochures and offers, and follow up on every query until it becomes a booking.

- Pass booking requests to our reservations team in Agra, and stay in touch with each agent to win repeat business.

- Collect market information, such as competitor hotels, rates and upcoming group or school tour seasons,



and share it with the sales head.

- Report your meetings, leads and bookings every day or every week, in a simple format we provide.

- Now and then, represent the hotel at local travel trade events, roadshows and association meetings.

**What we're looking for**

- At least 2 years of field or B2B sales experience in a travel agency, tour company, DMC, airline or OTA, or in a hotel sales team.

- Comfortable meeting current people every day, confident on the phone and good at following up.

- Existing contacts with travel agents or tour operators in your city are a big plus.

- Good spoken English plus the local language (Malayalam for Kochi and Thrissur, Kannada for Bengaluru). Hindi is a plus.

- Your own smartphone and two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. A laptop is preferred.

- A graduate in any field. A degree in hotel management or tourism is a plus.

- Self-motivated and target-driven, and able to work on your own from home.
