Pride Realty & Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate consultancy based in Pune, specializing in residential and commercial properties, recent project launches, and property sales. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and support our growing workforce.

Job Responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including Real Estate Sales Executives, Pre-Sales Executives, Telecallers, and other office staff.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, office discipline, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations preferred.
- Experience in real estate recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
