? CRITICAL MANDATES (Please read carefully before applying):

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of core experience in CEMENT SALES ONLY.
- Assets: A personal two-wheeler (Bike) and a valid Driving License (DL) are mandatory.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred due to extensive field travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive hardcore field sales operations by executing daily ground-level territory visits.
- Build and manage robust networks with dealers,



sub-dealers, builders, architects, and contractors.
- Utilize deep knowledge of Cement products to pitch JSW offerings and capture market share.
- Identify potential building material ecosystems (Cement, Paint, Tiles, Bricks, and Construction projects) to fuel business growth.

? Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Industry Background: Highly preferred candidates from Cement, Paint, Tiles, Bricks, and Construction material industries.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, deep localized market knowledge, and high field execution energy.
