- Identify potential customers for affordable housing loans and home loans, including self-employed individuals and small business owners.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility.
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized solutions for their housing needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by successfully closing deals on affordable housing loans.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in sales or lending roles related to affordable housing or home loans.
- Solid understanding of housing finance products such as loan against property (LAP) and mortgage loans.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
