- Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain split ACs, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, pumps, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
- Install, commission, relocate, and test HVAC equipment.
- Clean HVAC components and monitor system performance.
- Maintain service logs and spare inventory.
- Assist in contractor supervision and quality control.
- Follow safety procedures and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with testing instruments and maintenance tools.
- Basic understanding of BMS and electrical controls.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
