- Manage overall branch operations and profitability.
- Drive life insurance sales through agency channel.
- Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors and sales teams.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.
- Build and maintain robust customer and channel partner relationships.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company compliance standards.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Prepare MIS reports and review branch performance regularly.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline .
- Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance sales.
- Prior experience in team handling/branch management is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
