Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and market share for BCP products (MCB, MCCB, RCB & RCCB).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Conduct product training and capability-building programs for channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

- 5-8 years of experience in Electrical Sales, Switchgear Sales, BCP Sales, Channel Sales, or Distribution Sales.
- Solid experience in Distributor Management and Market Development.
- Exposure to MCB, MCCB, RCCB, RCB, Switchgear, Wiring Devices, or Electrical Products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Post Graduate preferred (Only regular degree candidates)
- Maximum Age: 35 Years.
