Role Description This full time, on-site role is based at Naresh i Technologies’ Hyderabad campus.

The Python Full Stack

Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training on Python, front-end technologies, back-end frameworks, databases, and related tools, following structured curricula and industry-aligned best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive sessions, live coding demonstrations, and labs, and guiding learners through assignments and real-time project work.



The trainer will assess learner progress through tests, code reviews, and one-on-one feedback, and support exam preparation, interviews, and placements where needed.

The role also involves updating course content to reflect current industry trends, participating in workshops and seminars, and collaborating with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training quality and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core concepts, OOP, modules, and standard libraries.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular or similar).
- Practical knowledge of back-end frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask or similar) and RESTful API development.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, queries, and integrations.
- Familiarity with full stack development workflows, version control (Git), and basic deployment practices.
- Demonstrated teaching, mentoring, or coaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a learner-centric approach and patience in handling queries.
- Ability to design structured course content, practical labs, and real-time project scenarios aligned with industry requirements.
