We're looking for a Visual Designer with exceptional creative taste, strong design fundamentals and an AI-native mindset to help bring this vision to life. Someone who thinks beyond conventional design, understands the power of visual storytelling and knows how to combine human imagination, design craftsmanship and generative AI to create compelling brand experiences.

This is an opportunity to help shape a distinctive consumer brand from its earliest stages — working directly with the founder and influencing how Aumraa looks, feels and communicates across digital and physical experiences.

✨ What You'll Create

1. Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling

- Help develop and evolve Aumraa's visual language across typography, colour, imagery, composition and art direction.
- Create distinctive brand concepts, moodboards, visual systems and campaign identities.

2. Digital, Marketing & E-commerce Creatives

- Design high-quality visuals for websites, e-commerce, social media, Meta/Google campaigns, emailers and digital experiences.
- Develop compelling product storytelling, editorial layouts, landing-page creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain visual consistency while experimenting with fresh creative directions.

3. AI-Powered Creative Production

- Use generative AI tools to conceptualise, generate and refine high-quality visuals for brand and marketing initiatives.
- Create AI-assisted product imagery, lifestyle compositions, campaign concepts and editorial visuals.
- Experiment with image enhancement, creative compositing, AI video and motion-generation workflows.




- Combine AI-generated assets with professional design techniques to produce polished, brand-ready output.

4. Packaging & Brand Experiences

- Design premium packaging, product labels, inserts and other branded materials.
- Build cohesive visual experiences across Aumraa's devotional product collections and physical touchpoints.

5. Motion & Creative Exploration

- Create or support reels, animated creatives, campaign teasers and short-form motion content.
- Explore emerging creative formats, tools and techniques to push creative boundaries.
- Translate early-stage ideas and loosely defined briefs into distinctive visual concepts.

You'll work closely with the founder across brand, marketing, growth and product initiatives, with meaningful creative ownership from concept to execution.

? Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings:

- 2–4 years of professional experience in visual, graphic, brand or communication design.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating originality, strong visual storytelling and polished execution.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, layout and visual aesthetics.
- Strong creative thinking and an ability to translate ideas into distinctive visual directions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows, including image generation, visual enhancement and creative experimentation.
- Confidence working across brand identity, digital campaigns, e-commerce and marketing creatives.
- A sharp eye for detail and an appreciation for premium, contemporary design.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to continuously evolve creative skills.

Preferred Background

Formal education in Communication Design, Visual Design,



Graphic Design or related disciplines from reputed institutions such as NID, NIFT, Srishti, MIT Institute of Design, Pearl Academy or equivalent is an advantage.

Experience with design-led consumer brands, creative agencies, branding studios, premium lifestyle businesses or digital-first startups is particularly relevant. Ultimately, your portfolio, creative thinking and design judgment matter more than your college or previous employer.
