Role Description The Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Bijapur, responsible for overseeing daily operations within assigned departments of the AYUSH hospital and research center. This role includes monitoring staff performance, coordinating schedules, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, and supporting smooth patient flow and service delivery. The Supervisor will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain quality standards, handle routine issue resolution, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.

The position also involves maintaining documentation, assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid team supervision and leadership skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and support multidisciplinary staff.
