Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tax Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Tax Manager will oversee the following activities:

- Ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing the books of accounts and filing of necessary GST Returns, TDS Returns, Advance tax planning, Calculation of TDS payable
- Providing guidance to team members on tax matters during Audit and finalization of Accounts.
- Preparation of Tax reply for Notices received.




- Updated on legislative changes that may affect clients’ tax positions.
- The Tax Manager will also interact directly with clients and authorities, prepare documentation for assessments or audits, and contribute to process improvements within the tax practice.
- Review and audit of Books of account in respect of tax matters.

Qualifications

- Relevant professional qualification such as CA Inter, B.com (Hons) or equivalent, with 3-4 years of experience in tax management or senior tax roles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and mentoring team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
