? Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
? Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to manage recruitment activities independently while working remotely.
