Role Description The Technical Sales Specialist – Industrial Machinery and Inventories is a full time, on-site role based in Nashik. This role involves identifying and engaging industrial clients, understanding their machinery and inventory needs, and recommending suitable re-commerce solutions. The specialist will conduct product demonstrations, evaluate technical specifications of machines and assets, and prepare proposals and quotations.

Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and after-sales support. The role also involves providing technical guidance,



addressing client queries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with experience in industrial machinery or capital assets preferred.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and handle negotiations effectively.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to interpret technical specifications, advise on machinery suitability, and troubleshoot basic client issues.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess inventory value and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, standard office software, and reporting tools is advantageous.
- Prior experience in B2B industrial sales, asset management, or re-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Haveli, travel to customer locations when needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
