About the Role

Adishtu Life Science is looking for a responsible, intelligent, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our upcoming Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlet in Madurai.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire store, supervising staff, handling customers, operating store management software, and ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

This is a store management and operations role, not a kitchen position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure smooth store operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Operate billing software, POS systems, and other store management software.
- Learn and maintain complete knowledge of products, menu items, pricing, and offers.
- Monitor sales, billing, inventory, stock availability, and daily store activities.
- Coordinate with the factory team for bulk orders, wedding orders, corporate enquiries, and other B2B requirements.
- Ensure proper communication between the store team, customers, and factory.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, cleanliness standards,



and service quality.
- Take ownership of store performance and resolve operational issues proactively.

Requirements

- Any bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in store management, retail operations, QSR, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with solid intelligence, communication skills, responsibility, and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn and operate software confidently are essential.
- Good customer-handling, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, honesty, punctuality, and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and make sensible decisions independently.

Working Hours and Schedule

- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- One weekly day off, preferably Tuesday or Wednesday, based on operational requirements.
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential due to peak business activity.

Compensation

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on the candidate's suitability and experience.
