We're hiring on behalf of our client: SME – Ship Management Company Setup
Our client is establishing a recent ship management company for both wet and dry ships, and is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert to guide the setup end to end.
Scope includes
- IMO Company & Registered Owner Identification Number
- Complete ISM-compliant SMS
- Interim DOC/SMC through to full-term DOC
- Shore organisation, DPA & CSO appointment
- Vetting readiness: TMSA, RightShip, SIRE 2.0, PSC
We're looking for
- Master Mariner (FG) or Chief Engineer (Class I)
- 10+ years' experience, 5+ years ashore in ship management
- Proven DOC/SMC setup for wet and dry fleets
- ISM / ISPS / MLC Lead Auditor preferred
