Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement for iFilms Media Productions and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, drafting and editing posts, coordinating visual assets with the production and design teams, and monitoring platform performance. The role will also involve optimizing content for different channels, responding to audience interactions, and staying current with trends in social media and digital content.

Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaigns and promotions and report on key metrics to guide strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

Qualifications

- Robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and adapt content for diverse audiences and channels.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with creative and technical teams.
- Familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools to track performance and adjust campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and coordinate with production schedules and client timelines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Prior experience in media, film production, or a creative agency environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
