Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the designated facility or work site. This includes planning and supervising shifts, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating with operations, maintenance, and logistics teams to support smooth production and dispatch activities, as well as resolving operational issues promptly.

The Site

Supervisor will track performance metrics, maintain accurate records,



and prepare basic reports on site activities. The role also includes guiding on-site staff, supporting training initiatives, and promoting a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising in office operations, including shift management, task allocation, and team coordination in manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance practices, with the ability to enforce procedures and support audits or inspections.
- Competence in basic reporting, documentation, and use of standard office or operations software for record-keeping and communication.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams, handle conflicts professionally, and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow in a full-time capacity, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly to operational challenges.
- Relevant experience in beverages, FMCG, or industrial operations is an advantage; diploma or degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
