The role involves analyzing performance metrics, implementing social media optimization strategies, and adjusting campaigns to improve reach and interaction.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align content with organizational goals, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and help maintain a consistent brand voice. This position also includes staying current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance audience growth and retention.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)



for managing and growing online communities.
- Strong Communication and Writing abilities to create clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across platforms.
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning, organizing, and executing social media content calendars.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of inclusive and non-discriminatory communication practices and audience engagement.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, community management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a similar discipline is beneficial.
