Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Executive role based at Ambience Public School in Gurugram.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the school’s brand, programs, and events across online and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, coordinating with admissions and academic teams, managing promotional materials, and supporting outreach activities with parents and the community. The role also involves tracking campaign performance,



maintaining social media and website content related to marketing initiatives, and assisting with school events, fairs, and partnerships to enhance visibility and enrollment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
- candidate should posses atleast two years relevent experience in marketing
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activities, and parent expectations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with families, internal teams, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and enrollment support skills to assist in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in education sector marketing or service-based marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic analytics is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple initiatives, and maintain a professional, learner-focused approach.
