Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at RCM’s campus in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, including student recruitment channels, institutional partnerships, and corporate collaborations. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, managing outreach campaigns, and delivering persuasive presentations to prospective students, parents, partners, and other stakeholders.





The associate will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to design and implement growth strategies, support events and seminars, track performance metrics, and maintain strong relationships to enhance RCM’s presence and brand in target markets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and be adept at creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospect identification, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the education sector.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in business development, sales, or admissions within education or related industries.
- Candidates should have strong relationship-building skills, negotiation abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Bhubaneswar, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
