Skills: Legal drafting, research, negotiations and independent Client handling
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle trademark and copyright prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, and portfolio management.
- Manage IP litigation, infringement disputes, enforcement actions, and court proceedings.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including IP licensing, assignment, Artist Contracts, confidentiality, and related agreements.
- Provide strategic IP advisory on brand protection, ownership, commercialisation, and risk mitigation.
- Manage client relationships, oversee matters, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
