Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, develop, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, hands-on experience with Agentforce, and the ability to leverage AI-driven capabilities to enhance customer service operations and automate business processes.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Implement and optimize Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Service Console.
- Develop and configure Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including AI agents, topics, actions, instructions, and automated customer service workflows.




- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, APIs, and external systems to enable intelligent automation and improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce automation, business rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Work with Data Cloud and relevant Salesforce AI capabilities to support context-aware, data-driven customer interactions, where applicable.
- Implement integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.
- Ensure data security, access controls, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders in an Agile development workplace.
- Stay updated on Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and evolving Salesforce AI capabilities.
