Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Rajasthan, India. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential customers, present products and services, and build long-term relationships to drive sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market visits, following up on leads, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales in line with company targets.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing basic reports,



and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support. The Salesperson will represent Olio India professionally in all interactions and help strengthen the company’s presence in the local market.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in direct sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of local market dynamics in Rajasthan and willingness to travel within the region.
- Comfort with maintaining records, preparing simple reports, and using phone, email, and messaging tools for follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Prior experience in field sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages commonly spoken in Rajasthan.
