About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Write and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
- Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Write and execute SOQL and SOSL queries to retrieve and manage data.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and record types.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and resolve application defects.
- Write unit tests and maintain appropriate code coverage for deployments.
- Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments using Salesforce CLI, change sets, or CI/CD tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, administrators, and stakeholders.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
- Prepare technical documentation and support ongoing application enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, and asynchronous Apex.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good understanding of SOQL and SOSL.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Platform Developer II concepts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of governor limits, bulkification, and performance optimization.
