Role Description The Sales Associate role at Creators Mind™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna.

The Sales

Associate will engage with educators and creators to understand their needs, present suitable product solutions, and guide them through the onboarding process. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, following up with potential clients, and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking systems.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, addressing basic product queries, and providing feedback from customers to improve services.

The Sales

Associate is expected to meet sales targets, build long-term client relationships, and represent Creators Mind™ professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with educators and creators.
- Basic sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Comfort with technology and digital platforms, with the ability to explain apps and online tools in straightforward terms.
- Customer service orientation, with problem-solving abilities and a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in sales, education technology, or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in local languages and English to communicate clearly with a diverse client base.
