Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s steel fittings and industrial equipment. The specialist will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, prepare proposals and quotations, and participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, maintaining sales reports, conducting market research, and supporting product promotions through various channels.



The individual will also assist in training internal staff on product knowledge and customer engagement practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or industrial products environment.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to guide and support team members in achieving targets.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, including basic digital marketing and market research.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with steel fittings, industrial equipment, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
