? What You’ll Do
? Robotics & Coding Training
- Conduct engaging, hands-on robotics and coding classes for children.
- Guide students through exciting projects, coding activities, and practical experiments.
- Explain technical concepts in a straightforward, fun, and age-appropriate way.
- Encourage creativity, logical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving.
? Marketing, Demos & Student Enrolment
- Conduct robotics and coding demo sessions at schools, residential societies, and learning centres.
- Interact with parents and schools to introduce Robrix programmes.
- Support marketing initiatives, follow-ups, workshops, and student enrolments.
??? Student Engagement & Coordination
- Build positive relationships with children and parents.
- Maintain attendance, student progress, and class records.
- Coordinate with the operations team and ensure classes run smoothly.
- Prepare learning materials and manage robotics kits and equipment.

B.Ed., D.Ed., or other teaching qualifications are an added advantage. Prior robotics or coding experience is desirable, but not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided!
? Work Location & Schedule The office is located at Baner Business Bay, Pashan–Sus Road, Pune. Classes are primarily conducted in residential societies, schools, and learning centres around Balewadi, Baner, Pimple Nilakh, and Hinjewadi.
The role offers flexible working hours aligned with class schedules, including evenings and weekends when required. Local travel and at least one in-person team meeting per week are part of the role.
