About the Role

Coffee Culture Unseen Goa is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our café-style hospitality space. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a hospitality-focused mindset, and the ability to foster a positive team culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all day-to-day café and restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high performance and a positive workplace culture.
- Manage guest reservations, seating plans, and customer service standards.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, sales reports, staff performance reports, and inventory records.
- Ensure smooth service flow and efficient coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management.
- Strong hospitality background with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Proven experience in creating reports, analyzing operational data, and making business-driven decisions.
- Experience managing reservations and guest relations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems, reservation platforms, and basic reporting tools is preferred.
