Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role at InsureXLife is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions.

The Recruitment

Specialist will maintain talent pipelines, collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs, and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining recruitment metrics,



supporting onboarding and initial training coordination, and adhering to organizational policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help new team members integrate successfully.
- Candidates should have solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Candidates should have familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR practices.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
