The role

This is a remote, part-time contract role managing Meta ads for our real estate clients. You will start with 3 accounts and grow to 5 as we add clients. It can be done alongside a full-time job.

What you’ll do

Plan, launch and manage Meta lead-generation campaigns for real estate accounts

Diagnose underperforming accounts and fix them quickly

Test creatives, hooks and offers every week, and brief our content team on ad scripts

Set up lead forms, landing pages, pixel and Conversions API

Route leads to WhatsApp or CRM within minutes

Track cost per qualified lead and cost per site visit, not just cost per lead

Send each client a short weekly performance report

What we’re looking for

2+ years running Meta lead-generation ads, with real estate experience (developers, channel partners or brokers)

Have managed ₹3 lakh or more a month in ad spend





Able to share your screen in Ads Manager and walk us through real accounts you’ve run

Understand Delhi NCR micro-markets and buyer intent

Know that ads for registered projects need the RERA number

Judge leads by quality and site visits, not volume

Bonus: experience with Dubai property audiences

Pay

₹6,000 per account per month

3 accounts to start (₹18,000/month), growing to 5 (₹30,000/month)

Performance bonus when accounts hit cost-per-site-visit targets A path to a full time role as we grow
