Role Description The Real Estate Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bardez, Goa. The person in this role will guide potential buyers through the property selection process, conduct site visits, present project features, and explain pricing, payment plans, and legal requirements. They will manage inquiries, maintain customer records, coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals, and support clients from initial contact through closing.

Daily tasks include responding to leads, following up with prospects, preparing basic financial summaries for property investments,



and supporting property handover processes. The advisor will also gather customer feedback, stay informed about local market trends, and represent Keshavaa professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments skills to advise on property options, potential returns, and suitability for different buyer profiles.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance skills to explain pricing structures, payment schedules, and support customers with financial considerations related to property purchases.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales, advisory, or customer-facing roles, preferably in residential developments.
- Good knowledge of the Goa real estate market and local regulations; familiarity with Bardez and nearby areas is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
