Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Bhatinda.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for solar and related engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance, and resolving issues to keep projects on track. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, expediting, logistics, and inspection teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.





The Project

Manager will also prepare reports, maintain project documentation, support risk management activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, track deliverables, and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to verify quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards at project sites.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, material handling, and site deliveries efficiently.
- Relevant experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, or engineering projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhatinda, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
