About this Role

Cross-border agri trade still runs on WhatsApp, PDFs, and blind trust. We're building one B2B platform for the whole trade lifecycle: discovery, deals, contracts, logistics, and payments. The

MVP is already in build, and our first Product Manager owns what and why. You'll be our first

Program Manager, owning the how and when: turning the roadmap into a launch that lands,

across engineering, design, operations, compliance, and external partners. You'll work directly with the founder and drive the program from MVP launch through first customers to scale.

What you'll own

- Program delivery: Own the integrated plan from MVP launch through the releases that follow milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical path across product,

engineering, design, and operations.
- Launch readiness: Run go-live end to end: UAT, release checklists, go/no-go reviews,

pilot rollout, and post-launch stabilisation.
- Partner and vendor onboarding: Coordinate the external ecosystem the platform depends on logistics providers, payment gateway and banking partners, verification and

KYC vendors, customs and documentation agents, and insurance or inspection partners.
- Compliance and trade-process readiness: Make sure the platform's flows line up with real-world export-import requirements: documentation, payment terms, and regulatory checks, working with legal and finance advisors.
- Supply and demand activation: Plan and run the pilot cohort of exporters, importers,

and logistics providers: onboarding schedules, training, feedback loops, and issue escalation.
- Operating cadence: Set up sprint syncs, weekly program reviews, stakeholder updates,

and founder dashboards so everyone knows status, risks, and decisions needed.
- Risk, issue, and change management: Maintain the RAID log, flag blockers early, drive trade-offs with the founders, and manage scope changes without derailing dates.
- Process and playbooks: Build the SOPs that sit behind the product: customer support,





dispute handling, shipment exception management, and admin operations.
- Metrics and reporting: Track delivery health (velocity, on-time milestones, defect trends) alongside program outcomes (onboarding completion, RFQ-to-deal conversion,

shipment completion, partner SLAs).

Your first 60 days

- Get up to speed on the MVP, the roadmap, and the current state of the build; map every dependency and open risk.
- Build the master launch plan with owners, dates, and a go/no-go checklist, and get it agreed with founders, product, and engineering.
- Lock down critical external partners (logistics, payments, verification) and their integration and onboarding timelines.
- Stand up the weekly program cadence, a single status dashboard, and the RAID log.
- Line up the first pilot cohort of exporters, importers, and logistics providers, with an onboarding and feedback plan.

Who will thrive A founding role at an early company. Right fit if you're comfortable with ambiguity, create structure where none exists, and are hands-on enough to chase a blocker yourself. You earn trust by making things happen, not by writing process documents. Wrong fit if you need a mature PMO and defined process to operate.

Must have

- 3-6 years of experience in program management.
- Delivered B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform launches, ideally at a startup
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and dependency management across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Explicit written and verbal communication, including crisp status reporting to founders and leadership
- Experience coordinating external vendors or partners and managing integrations and

SLAs

- Comfortable running lean agile (Scrum or Kanban) and adapting process to team size

Nice to have

- Domain exposure to supply chain, logistics, exports, procurement, trade finance, or ERP .
- Experience with customs, trade documentation, or cross-border payments.
- Experience running pilots or customer onboarding for a new product
- Familiarity with Tridge, Flexport, Freightos, Alibaba, IndiaMART, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or

Odoo

- PMP, PgMP, CSM, or similar certification will be a plus.
