We are looking for a Product Designer who thinks like a Product Owner.

This is not a traditional UI/UX role. We aren't looking for someone to simply execute a set of requirements; we are looking for a builder to take meaningful ownership of 0→1 products.

In this role, you will own the entire experience from dissecting the initial problem and shaping the concept to prototyping, testing, and market positioning.

The Mandate:

We value speed and judgment over theoretical perfection. You will be provided with clear business goals and context, but you’ll be expected to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions with incomplete information, and move rapidly from thinking → validation → execution.

What you will own:

? End-to-End 0→1 Development: Take features from a vague problem to a shipped, intuitive experience.

? Strategic Influence: Use product and systems thinking to challenge requirements and influence what we build.

? Behavioral Design: Apply psychology and behavioral principles to reduce friction and drive user motivation.

? Rapid Execution: Leverage AI tools, data,



and rapid prototyping to validate ideas without slowing down the roadmap.

? Holistic Perspective: Balance the needs of the user, the business, the brand, and the technology.

Who you are:

- You have 3+ years of experience and a portfolio that demonstrates product thinking (trade-offs, solved ambiguities, and shipped outcomes) rather than just polished interfaces.
- You understand that outstanding design is the intersection of business goals, user psychology, and technical constraints.
- You are comfortable making a judgment call, shipping, learning, and iterating.

This role is NOT for you if:

You prefer long research cycles before execution, require highly detailed instructions to begin, or prioritize pixel-perfection over shipping and learning.
