Bizelite HR is looking for a young, dynamic and technically oriented Product / Project Manager – International Premix for an exciting chance with a reputed organisation in the nutrition industry.

We are looking for a professional who combines technical knowledge of vitamins, minerals and micronutrients with product management, presentation skills and commercial understanding.

? Key Responsibilities✅ Product Lifecycle Management: Drive products from concept development through formulation coordination, launch and commercialisation.

✅ Technical & Product Knowledge: Work with nutrition ingredients, vitamins, minerals, micronutrients and premix applications.

✅ Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D;, Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure timely product development and execution.

✅ Product Positioning & Branding: Develop product positioning, value propositions, technical communication and promotional strategies.

✅ Presentations & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver impactful product presentations to internal teams, customers, distributors and other stakeholders.

✅ Market Development: Support international business growth through product promotion, market insights and customer engagement.

✅ Project Execution: Track project milestones,



coordinate deliverables and resolve product development or launch-related challenges.

? Ideal Candidate Profile

- Education: MBA in Marketing preferred; a background in Nutrition, Food Technology, Food Science, Life Sciences or a related discipline will be advantageous.
- Experience: Relevant experience in product management, product marketing, technical marketing or project management within nutraceuticals, nutrition, food ingredients or premixes.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, vitamins, minerals, micronutrients and related product applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and project coordination capabilities.
- Experience in digital marketing, online product promotion or brand management will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with exposure to international markets, B2B ingredients or distributor management will be preferred.
