Role Description This is a full-time, in office Payroll Specialist/Expert/Jr & Sr role based in New Delhi. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, validation, and running periodic payroll cycles in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements. The specialist will manage payroll taxes, garnishments, statutory deductions, and ensure timely payments to employees and authorities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, resolving employee payroll queries, coordinating with HR and finance teams,



and preparing payroll reports and reconciliations. The role also requires monitoring changes in payroll-related regulations and contributing to process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll processing accurately and within deadlines.
- Verify attendance, leave, salary inputs, arrears, and deductions.
- Handle payroll compliance, including PF, ESI, TDS, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and full and final settlements.
- Maintain employee records in greytHR and resolve payroll queries.
- Preferably 5–7 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in greytHR and MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
