We are looking for a Process Specialist with hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote Management, and Contract Management. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve complex process-related issues.

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Maximum CTC: 5.5 LPA

Shift: Night shifts

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team with quotes, orders, amendments, pricing sheets, and vendor quotations.
- Manage agreements, contracts, quote management, and pricing-related requests.
- Resolve complex issues and provide subject matter expertise.
- Perform root cause analysis and support customer-facing resolutions.
- Develop training materials, work instructions,



and knowledge-base documentation.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in a BPO environment.
- Hands-on experience in O2C and Quote-to-Order processes.
- Knowledge of agreements, contracts, amendments, and pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Client-facing experience is an added advantage.
