We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Marketing Growth Strategist Intern who can help us expand our student community, strengthen our brand presence, promote our programs, and contribute to business growth.

Role OverviewAs a Marketing Growth Strategist Intern, you will work closely with the team on marketing strategy, student outreach, college and university networking, program launches, brand promotion, and business growth initiatives.

We are particularly interested in students who have an established network among college students, student communities, college clubs, campus ambassadors, or university societies and can use these connections to help BAOIAM reach a wider audience.

This role is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in marketing, growth strategy, entrepreneurship, and business development.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Growth Strategy

- Research new opportunities to increase BAOIAM's reach, student acquisition, and program enrollments.
- Develop creative and practical strategies to improve marketing performance and business growth.
- Identify student segments, target audiences, and potential growth channels.
- Study competitor activities and market trends to recommend improvements.

2. College & University Networking

- Leverage your network of students, college clubs, societies, and university communities to promote BAOIAM.
- Build connections with student representatives, campus ambassadors, placement cells, and relevant college societies.




- Explore opportunities for campus campaigns, student outreach activities, and institutional collaborations.
- Help establish a strong presence for BAOIAM across colleges and universities.

3. Branding & Promotion

- Contribute ideas for brand awareness campaigns and student engagement initiatives.
- Help promote BAOIAM's courses, career development programs, events, and initiatives.
- Identify suitable communities, platforms, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

4. Program Launch & Execution

- Assist in planning and launching new educational programs and student-focused initiatives.
- Develop launch strategies, outreach plans, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
- Collect student feedback and recommend improvements to program positioning and communication.

5. Business Improvement & Growth Experiments

- Identify gaps in existing marketing processes and suggest actionable solutions.
- Experiment with new ideas for student acquisition, engagement, referrals, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and prepare basic performance reports.
- Present growth recommendations supported by research, observations, and available data.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a currently enrolled college or university student.
- Must have a genuine network of students across one or more colleges or universities.
- Strong interest in marketing, growth strategy, branding, entrepreneurship, or business development.
- Good communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to turn ideas into practical action plans.




- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with different teams.
- Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, spreadsheets, or campaign analytics is an advantage.

Preferred candidates: Students who are active in college societies, entrepreneurship cells, placement committees, student clubs, campus ambassador programs, or inter-college communities. What We Offer

- ₹10,000 monthly stipend during the internship.
