Bhatkawa Tea Industries Ltd is a vertically integrated CTC tea producer with two estates, Bhatkawa and Pahargoomiah, in North Bengal, and a head office in Kolkata. We are seeking a Manager - Operations to run the Director’s office as a project and performance management function.
Reports to: Director
Responsibilities
- Own the Director’s action tracker across estates, head office, legal, HR, finance and IT. Drive every item to closure with named owners and deadlines.
- Run weekly review calls with garden managers.
- Track capital and development projects.
- Follow up on internal audit observations and compliance actions.
- Coordinate vendors, consultants and advisors. Prepare briefing notes and minutes.
