Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Loan Specialist with strong experience in personal loan processing, business development, team management, and channel partnership distribution.

The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, solid relationships with banks, NBFCs, associates, and distribution partners, and a passion for building and scaling a profitable personal loan business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Personal Loan Business Management

- Manage end-to-end personal loan operations, from lead generation to disbursement.
- Drive business volumes, improve conversion ratios, and achieve monthly targets.
- Strong understanding of bank/NBFC credit policies, eligibility, documentation, and loan processing.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business.

2. Channel Partnerships & Distribution

- Build and expand relationships with DSAs, associates, referral partners, and financial intermediaries.
- Activate existing partners and onboard new distribution channels.
- Leverage strong industry connections to generate consistent business.
- Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and channel associates.

3. Team Building & Leadership

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and processing teams.
- Drive productivity, accountability, and business performance.
- Motivate teams to exceed business targets and deliver consistent growth.




- Develop future leaders and expand business across multiple locations.

4. Business Growth & Strategy

- Take ownership of revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion.
- Introduce innovative lead-generation and distribution strategies.
- Build a scalable and sustainable personal loan distribution model.
- Monitor business MIS, pipeline, conversions, and partner productivity.
- Identify new opportunities in balance transfers, top-ups, and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in personal loans or retail lending.
- Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
- Strong network of DSAs, associates, banking professionals, and channel partners.
- Hands-on knowledge of personal loan processes and bank/NBFC lending policies.
- Experience in developing and managing partnership-driven distribution businesses.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong execution capabilities and ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the zeal to take ownership and grow the business.
