Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Legal Intern based in Bengaluru.
The Legal
Intern will assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients. Daily tasks include supporting legal document preparation, conducting basic legal research on issues related to wedding services, and helping ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The intern will also collaborate with internal teams to clarify legal terms, address potential legal issues,
and maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence. The role offers exposure to practical legal work in a agile, service-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and the ability to understand applicable legal frameworks.
- Skills in Legal Consulting and addressing Legal Issues relevant to service-based businesses.
- Experience or training in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts and agreements.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in the events or wedding industry and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
